From the search results, you can click the "Contribute" button to go to the request details page. Here you will see the details of the request and what the expected submission should look like.
At the moment, the only supported dataset file type is CSV. See here for details on the file format and what is expected.
If the uploaded file is not formatted correctly, the dataset record will appear in an ERROR state, and you'll need to resubmit your data.
